Maison de la Poutine

The French chef Erwan Caradec went to live in Montreal for several years, and returned to France with a single obsession: poutine, the comfort at the end of a difficult shift in the prestigious restaurants where he worked. He worked on his recipes, the sauces, the toppings, and elaborated the cheese that sounds so surprising when chewed with a French dairy. "La Maison de la Poutine" was born, and success soon followed.

I designed the logo for the brand, as well as the label for the maple syrup beer, a limited edition in all the restaurants.
